system will be able to send SMS Notifications to customers or staff/specialists/technicians, informing about particular events or issues. In terms of Jira it means sending SMS to mobile number entered in the particular field of Jira issue with text also entered in the particular field of Jira issues when the issue is moving from one state to another.
